At our Ministry Couples Epic Retreats, we believe that food not only nourishes the body but also the soul. Our home-cooked meals are a delight for the senses, served family-style to foster meaningful connections and conversations while savoring delectable dishes that add warmth and comfort to your stay.

Cost Breakdown
It's important for a church to invest in the soul care of their pastor, but our heart is that finances never hinder a pastor from their ability to experience an Epic retreat.
We invite churches and ministries to consider the incredible value of providing their leaders and their spouse with a 5-day getaway, which includes delicious meals, enriching activities, comfortable lodging, and dedicated care from the Refreshed Soul team.
Thanks to the generous support of our ministry partners, we've put in place a unique model where we do the heavy lifting and underwrite about 2/3rds of the cost for each pastor or ministry leader, then asking the church or ministry to donate 1/3.
This approach ensures that financial constraints don't impede pastors from experiencing the rejuvenation and spiritual growth offered by an Epic retreat.
